I hate to leave negative reviews, but now I have to.

I sent several emails to express the problem, wrote many messages in the direct chat of the site without ever getting a response.

I wrote emails to customer support and also to the store's direct email, but never got a response.

I purchased as many as 5 sets, but when they arrived at my warehouse and sent me photos of the condition and products, as many as 3 photocard sets were absent.

I wrote many emails and waited many days, but after a week I am forced to act this way.

I don't find it fair, what happened to me, also because they were other people's sets and not just mine.

I can't claim a refund because I don't have a video of the unpacking, since I'm not in Korea to do it myself, 

But I was waiting and hoping for an answer and a possible solution. 

I only wished for those three missing sets, As if the problem then was not there, But I find myself giving a negative review, hoping for an answer, for help.
